If damage to your building or business personal property, caused by a covered cause of loss, results in a necessary suspension of your normal operations, we will replace lost income that occurs as a result of this damage for up to 12 consecutive months.

During the period of restoration, we also will pay extra expenses you incur in an effort to avoid or minimize the business income loss.
